Acceptance of Applications for Change of Additional Voluntary Contributions in 2023- Spring Semester

Dear faculty and staff,

To provide those enrolled in the government employee and school staff insurance program with multiple saving and investment options, the Supervisory Committee Managing Retirement, Compensation, Resignation and Severance Matters for Private School Teachers and Staff allows an individual to apply for, or cancel, additional voluntary contributions as provision for retirement, compensation, resignation and severance benefits. However, each individual shall be responsible for his/her own profits and losses from the use of these additional voluntary contributions.

If you wish to apply for additional voluntary contributions (first-time application, changing the amount of automatic deposit, or termination of increased automatic deposit) in 2023- Spring Semester, please submit the signed application form (as enclosed) to Personnel Office by November 30. Successful application will take effect from February 2023 onward.  Late applications will not be accepted. Thank for your cooperation. (Next application period will be in June 2023, effective from August 2023.)
