Notice of Orientation Training

Dear colleagues,

The 2021 Orientation Training will take place on Sep. 2-3.
1. Attendees: All full-time faculty and staff employed after Oct. 1, 2020 and specific project staff need to attend this training.
2. Part-time teachers are required to attend the "synchronous teaching software" course at 3:40 pm on 9/3. Other courses are free to participate. Please register with Personnel Office before 8/24. 
3. Agenda: Handbooks will be emailed later and printed by yourself. 
4. Time & Venue: Please see the attachment.
5. Language: Chinese.
6. Others:
(1) Please download app "WZU cruise" before the event takes place.
(2) Lunch will be provided.  If you need vegetarian food, please email to ps1002@mail.wzu.edu.tw by Aug. 26, 2021.  We will prepare vegetarian lunch for you based on request.
(3) To reduce plastic waste, please bring your own tableware (cup, chopsticks and spoon).
(4) Please wear mask and bring your own jacket if necessary as the temperature of the air-conditioned venue may not meet the needs of all attendees.
